Undivided Co-Ownership Sale

The property is being sold as part of an undivided
co-ownership. The indivision agreement will be prepared and
signed before the SELLER's notary.
The use, distribution of spaces (including the backyard,
garage, and common areas), cost sharing, and
responsibilities will be outlined in this agreement.

Use of the Double Garage

The sale includes exclusive use of one half of a double
garage, which is not physically divided. The garage will be
shared between two co-owners, each with separate access.
The ground-floor unit has its own independent entrance, as
does the basement unit.

Exclusive Use of the Backyard

The buyer will benefit from exclusive use of the backyard,
as defined in the indivision agreement.
